My approach to coaching

In the past fifteen years, I’ve worked with a lot of humans trying to create change in their personal and professional lives. Transitional moments can seem straightforward on paper—make a plan, stick with it, transition happens. But it’s not that easy when we live through it. As a guide and a coach in the process, I’ll help you name what this transition means to you, how it is showing up in your body, and identify what is holding you back from embracing the transition. We’ll use reflection, somatic practices, creative visioning, and other tools to help you really own this moment, find your clarity, and prepare to take your next step. I’m happy to be your guide, listener, and accountabilibuddy along the way.

Feel free to reach out with questions about my approach, availability, and pricing. I operate on a sliding scale basis to make coaching affordable and accessible.

Coaching includes:

  • 60-minute 1:1 sessions per month (once per week or twice per month)

  • Reflection prompts and practice assignments for your exploration between sessions

  • Zoom recordings of sessions (if desired)

  • Email access between sessions to support your journey

  • Discounts on group coaching and in-person retreats as appropriate

Coaching is for you if:
